Will Moss
Will has 25 years’ experience of starting, growing, and leading successful Business’s within an array of International multi-disciplined organisations,working globally, in such diverse areas as: Design Consultancy with WSP and AECOM, HV & Civils Contracting with the likes of M Group Services, Freedom Utility Group, Murphy Group, Vinci Energies, and NG Bailey, and operating Client side – National Grid Plc as a notable example.
John Behar
John has a particular focus on leveraged and structured transactions having been centrally involved in private equity backed leveraged acquisitions worth more than €8bn.
He has experience of corporate leveraged acquisition, structured trade finance, securitisations, FCCB/GDR listings on the LuxSE, and London listings of international companies on both AIM and the Main Board. Prior to establishing Prospect Capital in 2004, John was a corporate financier with Commerzbank and at its inception consulted to ICICI Bank on setting up its independent UK corporate banking subsidiary.

Lawrence Whelan
Founder of Property8 development company, with a successful track record of over 25 years specialising in achieving planning for new builds & redevelopments. Laurence oversees and manages the entire project from start to finish.
He understands planning law and is a skilled planning negotiator enabling him to always achieve planning success.
Over the years, Laurence has successfully partnered with Barratt, Antler & Banner homes and a host of other, large residential property developers. Acting as a Lead Consultant and a Contract Administrator he has completed a wide range of projects up to £10m.
